What Cloudtract stores, why, and how long: account data, contract documents and derived data, with a plain description of your rights.
Data we hold
Account details (name, email), your uploaded contract documents, data derived from those documents, and your interface preferences (language, time zone, currency, date format).
Data classification
Contract documents and everything derived from them are treated as confidential. Personal data inside those documents is handled under the same rules, with a retention and deletion path.
Who processes it
Cloudtract and its named subprocessors. The full list, including each provider's purpose and processing region, is published on the Security page once verified.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact support and we respond within one month.
