Groups
A group is your workspace and billing account. Everything else lives inside it.
Legal entities
A legal entity is a company that signs contracts. Access can be scoped so a colleague only sees the entities they are responsible for.
People
People join a group once and then receive roles. A role always comes with a scope: the whole group, selected entities, or a single record.
